Improve paid subscription conversion and help users quickly discover the full value of the app through a clearer onboarding and simpler navigation.
My Contribution
I conducted a full UX/UI analysis in close collaboration with the Product Owner, working with product metrics and user behavior data.
I redesigned the onboarding flow to reduce friction and optimized the Game Area to improve navigation, content discovery, and visual consistency.
